Dynamic Teams

Companies continue to struggle with how to build strong working teams. It is still common to find interpersonal differences within groups undercutting productivity. Because of personal misunderstandings and conflicts, unexpected costs and delays can results from (1) inefficiency and poor execution, (2) reduced creativity and innovation, and (3) increased employee turnover. 

 

Consistent operating successes, however, come from harmonious teams in environments that encourage trust and authentic, conscientious communication.  The Dynamic Teams program couples interactive training sessions with ongoing coaching to alter behaviors that cause non-productive tension and to develop versatility in interpersonal interactions. Teams will learn to:  

  • Seek out and honor the diversity of interpersonal styles.  
  • Identify common areas of communication break-down while becoming conscious of the impact of various styles of communication.

  • Intentionally cultivate natural, personally-motivated forms of communication for the sake of the overall success of the team.
