Then, you select a physical activity that honors your personal values. You commit to exercise as a sacred activity for a minimum of four months. Weekly coaching keeps you on track, and all that sweat and exertion becomes an exploration along your spiritual path. “My body is a temple” is one common expression that captures the essence of the intersection of body and spirit that you will find in the Metaphysiques program.
